We had the privilege of being commissioned by Phil & Joe, a shoe brand based in Ghana, to design a logo and establish a brand identity for their new shoe line, Alt & Quint. Additionally, We were entrusted with the task of overseeing the art direction for the brand's photo shoot and video production.
Summary
Wavure Studio approached the Alt & Quint project with a strategic focus on crafting a cohesive and memorable brand identity. The work included designing a modern logo and establishing a set of brand guidelines that would ensure visual consistency. We worked on creating a colour palette, typography selection, and design elements that would resonate with Alt & Quint’s target market.

Bold Visual Identity
The cornerstone of the brand is a distinctive logotype featuring confident, rounded letterforms in vibrant yellow against rich burgundy. This striking contrast creates immediate visual impact while conveying both luxury and approachability. Two logo variations were developed—a single-line and a stacked version—ensuring versatility across applications.
Photography Direction
Our photographic style emphasises craftsmanship and quality through carefully composed product and lifestyle imagery. Natural lighting and architectural settings were chosen to showcase the shoes within modern African contexts, maintaining the bold colour story established by the brand identity.
